Samsung on Tuesday confirmed that it is teaming up with OpenX Technologies to create a mobile ad platform that will rival Google and Apple, The Wall Street Journal reported. The service will be called Samsung AdHub Market and will enable companies to place advertisements on Samsung phones and tablets beginning in the second half of the year.
