Hey, the white Nexus 4 for the third time in a week! Though this time it hits a little closer to home as it was obtained by our buddy Taylor from Android and Me while at Google I/O this week. According to his sources, this white model will be available…

White Nexus 4 caught on video thanks to Qualcomm [VIDEO]
After yesterday’s white Nexus 4 sighting was little more than a “hoax,” it appears that we may have something a little more official. The white Nexus 4 was caught on video at a mobile trade show in Dubai, on display at Qualcomm’s booth.
Video: White Nexus 4 Gets a Quick Hands-on
Thanks to a display unit hanging around the Qualcomm booth at a tech event in Dubai, the white version of the Nexus 4 is getting all sorts of play this week. While this new sighting gives us an up-close-and-personal view of the paler brother to the original N4, this still doesn’t mean that we are [...]

Another glimpse at the Nexus 4 in white, this time on video

An extensive new white Nexus 4 sighting leaves us with just as many questions as it answers
We know based on previous pictures that at least in some capacity LG has made the Nexus 4 with a white casing, and this is probably the most extensive look at the device we have to date. At a conference in Dubai, the folks at TechView found a white model of the Nexus 4 sitting on display at a Qualcomm booth of all places. The device looks basically identical to previous leaks to our eyes, with a “crystal reflective process” back plate, the same silver plastic band around the screen and black bezels on the front of the device. The device is running just Android 4.2 (rather than 4.2.2 like other Nexus 4s), but other than that nothing on the video stands out to us as setting this device apart.
Interestingly, more still photos of the white Nexus 4 surfaced from the same show in a forums post on The Verge, which also give us a good look at the device. One thing that these show us is the FCC ID printed on the back, which is identical to that of the current Nexus 4. Could this be little more than just a white color option to refresh the Nexus 4 several months after its launch? Google I/O may be a good time for Google to let us know for certain.
Stick around after the break to see the video in full, and follow the source link if you’re interested in seeing a few more random stills of the device.

White Nexus 4 spotted in the wild once again, still no sign of wider release
… And it still looks like a Nexus 4 in white
Remember that white Nexus 4 that cropped up in Vietnam a few months back? Well it’s back, this time in the Philippines. Google+ user Ervin Sue has posted photos of the white-backed Nexus 4 which he says he bought from “a local buy and sell site.” Like the white Nexus 4 we’ve seen in earlier leaks, this one has a white Crystal Reflective Process back and white sides, but a black trim around the display.
There’s also no indication that this is anything other than an isolated appearance for the elusive white Nexus, which was rumored to have been given to some Google employees last year. It’s not impossible that Google might opt for a more widespread launch in this color, especially if a new N4 variant is to be unveiled at Google I/O, but there’s nothing here to suggest that’ll happen. So for the moment we’ll have to make do with a few slightly blurry pics.
You’ll find a couple more photos over at the source link.

Nexus 4 Slipping Off Its Charging Orb? There’s A 3D Printed Solution For That
As a recent convert to the Nexus 4 (after waiting months for my Sprint ETF to drop), I’m in love with the wireless charging orb. That’s not to say it doesn’t have issues (besides its price), though. While I’ve had nary an problem with the orb, I have heard a few times that it has one serious issue – failing to keep the Nexus in place as it charges.
A few days ago, I came across a potential solution to this problem – the Nexus 4 Charging Orb Cradle by Etsy user Pixil3D.
The 3D-printed cradle isn’t necessarily the most elegant solution imaginable, and adding a $24 fix to a product that already costs $60 isn’t exactly palatable to this writer, but the cradle has one thing going for it – it’s 3D-printed, and anyone that has a 3D printer can make their own.
